My name is Adam J Sporka and my home is the Alps. I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. My advisor is Prof. Pavel Slavik. Recently, I joined the ADAMACH Project team at the University of Trento, Italy. My supervisor is Prof. Giuseppe Riccardi.

Tokyoflash Shinshoku Watch Simulator

(2008) Recently I became a proud owner of the Shinshoku Watch produced by Tokyoflash Japan. Here is a little real-time simulator of its clock face, showing time in Central Europe. To tell the time, just count the lights and sum up their respective values. Red = 1 hour; Green = 15 minutes; Yellow = 1 minute.

Biography

Adam J Sporka has recently joined University of Trento as a senior Marie Curie research fellow. Adam is a senior-year PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, where he also received his master’s degree in computer science (2003). At the same school, he has given courses on human-computer interaction (HCI), programming, and database systems, and supervised more than 15 MSc or BSc theses.
